Manager, Agriculture Vertical

Role Description

The Bridge between Startup Acceleration and Rural Impact. You will manage a portfolio of high-potential agri-tech startups while simultaneously designing on-ground interventions to solve structural problems like post harvest losses. Experience: 5-7 years in venture acceleration, startups, and rural field implementation. The Filter: This is a business role, not a research role. You must be comfortable with regular field travel to rural areas and have the ability to engage directly with farmers (Hindi fluency is a huge plus). Key Skills: Agri-tech (precision farming/supply chain), program design, and P&L management.
