Role Description

In this role, you will act as the primary operational link driving scheme delivery across Tier-2 and Tier-3 urban clusters, ensuring that tech incubators and selected startup cohorts receive structural assistance. Your mission is to oversee program application pipelines, track startup technical progressions, manage field deployment operations, and ensure that all delivery frameworks strictly adhere to central government guidelines, scheme blueprints, and General Financial Rules (GFR) parameters.
