Eligibility Criteria

This programme is open to South India-based early-stage technology startups, particularly those registered in Tamil Nadu, incorporated in India within the last 5 years, holding DPIIT recognition, with at least 51% Indian ownership and prior grant support not exceeding ₹25 lakh. Eligible startups must demonstrate TRL, MRL and IRL of at least 5, a clear commercialisation roadmap, and a defined target market, with preference for ventures beyond the prototype/MVP stage and validated customer engagement.
